Bond House

The Bond House in Gloucestershire represents a truly exciting project for the company.  The works consisting of a total remodel of an existing 1950's house with multiple extensions, a 16 bay car garage, landscaping, hardscaping and of course, every good home can't be without a heli-pad!

The project broke ground in January 2024 with a view to complete mid 2025.  We are working with the fantastic design team headed up by Gray Architecture and can not wait to see their vision established in this project.

The construction of Hill Top Springs consists of a new large domestic pool within the grounds of a sprawling period house near Chepstow.  We will also be undertaking substantial renovations to the main building.

The Architectural practice overseeing the project have won 'Best Architectural Practice' in Wales multiple times.  It is easy to see why they have designed a stunning and modern pool hall that defies gravity.  With its seemingly hovering roof spanning over the waters below and little support that offers impeccable views of the manicured gardens and beyond the best of British nature.

The Pool is heated to 32 degrees Celsius which brings substantial construction issues with the internal atmosphere.  It is, however, all run using renewable heat sources ensuring the environment and those views are maintained for the future.

Hill top springs once completed will be the jewel in the crown of our current portfolio of projects.

After completion of the total house Remodel and rebuild in 2021, we're back to convert the 18^th century range of ancillary buildings to the main house.  These works comprise of two          self-contained habitable units with a further barn conversion to follow and a new range of traditionally constructed agricultural buildings.   Furthermore the stabilization of the listed mill and leat will be established.
